Join Certified Hypnotherapist, writer, and healer Evelyn Tormos, as she guides you through a Future Life Progression (a visualization experience) where you can reflect and get a clear vision of your future and/or purpose. Following your hypnotic experience, you will highlight reflections and inspirations on a vision board. 

As an added bonus, you don't need to bring anything other than your positivity and willingness to dive in! However, if you'd like to bring some of your own touches, you're welcome to!

Optional items to bring: Wear your PJ’s or comfiest clothes! It’s a Saturday morning and we’re taking it easy! Also, a notebook for Post-Hypnosis, a pillow for added comfort (bolsters/mats are available), personal vision board touches.
