Join us for Somatic Breathwork facilitated by Andrea Freemeyer, and sound healing facilitated by NaToyia Nicole.

This session of intentional breathing will be harmonized with a meditative sound bath. Breathwork is an active meditation that helps to reset the nervous system, access a deeper connection to self, find courage, and liberate you from all that is holding you back. Sound baths help to support this practice by further allowing the body and nervous system to center through gentle sound.
